Finished checking and adjusting the window frames today. Only two needed adjustment, thankfully.
After that I started work on the wheelarch framing, removing the lower forward section and used it to mark up cut out a new piece of timber.

Still welding bits of window frame. The wood for the lower wheelarch section arrived yesterday.
Finished welding and fettling the last window frame today. However I need to check the others for dimensional accuracy, as at last one is out by 1/4″ at the top. This should be easily rectified by cutting a slice out of the top horizontal and strapping the sides with a ratchet strap with a jig bar of the correct size between the uprights. With this setup I was able to weld the top horizontal in the correct position. I think this problem is only likely to affect the first two or three that I made, so nearly there.
More welding of window frames. One frame is ready to have the top horizontal welded on and hopefully a second will be in that position tomorrow.
